Childcare
We offer childcare for the children of Joy moms from infants though five years. Care is provided by our experienced and nurturing sitters.
What Parents Need to Know
Moms are welcome to drop their children off at the nursery from 9:45am and are asked to please collect them again when core groups finish at 12:00pm. Be sure to bring any supplies needed for diapering as well as an extra set of clothing. We also recommend labeling your child’s belongings. Please remember to notify the sitters in advance if anyone other than you will be picking your child up from the nursery.
Payment
The cost of childcare at Joy is shared among all our members. Each week we ask everyone to contribute $3 if they are able, to help defray the cost of childcare as well as hospitality expenses. There is an initial registration fee for children, but ongoing costs are covered by the weekly contributions.
Child Safety
In the interests of keeping our little ones healthy, please do not bring a child who is not feeling well or who has had a fever within the last 24 hours. Also, if your child has any allergies, please be sure to note them on the child registration form.
